Nike SB Dunk Low Pro QS "Instant Skateboards", not the "Strawberry Cough" edition. This collaboration with the Japanese skate shop "Instant Skateboards" features a blue and grey color scheme with a small dog logo embroidered on the heel, inspired by Tokyo's public bus system. 

The "Strawberry Cough" is a different, high-top Nike SB Dunk with a red and green colorway and a coughing strawberry character on the heel.
